What this service is

Buffrota publishes a record of what US commercial cleaning and hard floor care companies say about their own prices, and is an introduction service: where you ask for quotes, we pass your details to contractors who can price the work and they contact you. Every figure is quoted from the company's own page with the date it was read. It is a record of what was published, not advice about what you should pay, and a quoted rate is not an offer from that company to you.

How we are paid

Nothing on this site is paid for by the companies in the record. A company cannot buy a place in it, cannot buy a position in it, and cannot buy the removal of an accurate quotation from its own page. As an introduction service contractors pay us for quote requests that buyers choose to send, which is the whole of how this site earns, and that arrangement does not change which companies are read or what is quoted from them.

The record and its CSV

The record lists every company read for it, what each publishes and what each does not, and can be downloaded as a CSV. It is a snapshot of pages on the dates stated and companies change their prices without telling us; check the source link before relying on a figure.

No warranty

We take care that each quotation matches the page it came from and that the date is the date we read it. We cannot warrant that a company still charges what its page said, that a published range covers your building, or that a contractor will quote within it. The arithmetic on this site is a starting point for a conversation with a contractor, not a substitute for one.
