LeadDuo rates, quoted from its own calculator page
LeadDuo's commercial cleaning calculator publishes a headline range and then splits it by building type, which is the split that explains most of the variation a buyer sees in real bids.

Where this company works
Coverage is recorded only where the company's own site evidences it, and every rate is quoted from the company's own page. A company absent from a market here has not been judged unable to serve it; nothing on its own pages said that it does.

The building type split
General office, medical and dental, and retail are priced separately here, and the ordering is the one every company in this record agrees on: medical sits highest because of the disinfection standard and the time it takes, retail lowest because the work is lighter and more repetitive.
If your building is mixed, price it as its parts. A clinic with a retail frontage quoted at one blended rate is being quoted at the wrong rate for both halves.
A worked monthly figure
The page also carries the arithmetic out to a monthly total for a stated building and frequency, which makes the per-visit rate concrete. Doing the same sum for your own building before you take bids is the single most useful preparation available.
