A monthly range for a size band is genuinely useful for setting a budget and genuinely unusable for comparing bids, because the same building at three nights a week and five nights a week sits in the same band at very different prices.
Ask any contractor quoting monthly to state the visits per week the figure assumes. It is a one-line addition and it turns their number into something you can hold against another.
