Buffrota is operated by Ellul Solutions Ltd. This page explains what happens to information submitted on this site.

What we collect and why

If you ask for quotes we hold the building details you gave us, your name, your email and your phone number, so that contractors can price the work and so that we can tell you who received it. If you only read the record we hold nothing that identifies you.

Legal basis and sharing

We pass your enquiry to commercial cleaning contractors who can serve your building, and we name them to you. We do not sell enquiries on to list brokers, we do not pass your details to anyone who cannot do the work, and nothing you write in the form is published on this site.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Aggregate statistics that identify nobody are kept indefinitely.

Analytics

This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time: enquiries@buffrota.com. We respond within one month.
