Floor waxing and polishing is quoted here per square foot, separately from the recurring clean. That separation is the important part: hard floor work is periodic, it needs the building empty, and pricing it inside a monthly figure hides both facts.
If you are comparing this against another company's proposal, check whether their number is a strip or a recoat. The two sit at different points and a proposal that does not say which is quoting a different job.
